Redflame Communications Limited was tasked with coming up with new brand positioning and development of Brand Assets for Sentrim Hotels & Lodges, starting 2024-2026.
The rebranding purpose was to reposition the brand as a contemporary, guest-centric hospitality provider in Kenya. Rooted in its strong heritage of authentic Kenyan experiences, the new Sentrim embraces modern design, elevated service standards, and innovative hospitality concepts tailored to today’s traveler.

Sentrim Hotels sought to enhance its brand storytelling through professional photography that accurately reflected the unique character of each property while maintaining overall brand consistency.

The objective was to improve visual appeal across websites, booking platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns.

We worked closely with the Sentrim marketing team to understand brand guidelines and property positioning. Our approach focused on capturing each location’s atmosphere, architecture, and guest experience while ensuring visual consistency across the brand portfolio.
